The Curious Incident Of The Dog In The Court Case….

Christopher Brown, defending, said: “Mr Ramshaw has never been before the courts before. This is a case of the sins of the dog must be passed onto the owner. He is deeply sorry, ashamed and upset about this happening. ”
Here’s Ryan Ramshaw, manfully concealing his ‘sorrow, shame and upset’ as he leaves court…

I'm sure he’s crying inside.
“This was never intended to happen. We are a nation of animal lovers, and this is an unfortunate situation.”
Nicely phrased, eh?
Sarah Guest, prosecuting, told the court that the case would have to be adjourned to try to find out where the dog was now. Magistrates adjourned the case until May 24 for further inquiries to be made concerning the dog’s present whereabouts and Ramshaw was granted bail until then.
Why grant him bail at all? Keep him inside until he tells you where the mutt is!

A bit Off topic, But you can see how far our justice system has become a joke to many people, by the way they dress to attend court.

If they thought anything serious was going to happen to them , they'd be suited and booted.

As Mr Pavlov said if he took it seriously he would not dress like he was going to the gym, that said a lurcher killed a cat. A lurcher is not a dangerous dog to humans but to small furries it is lethal, mine liked people, other sight hounds and tolerated other dogs. Cats were only safe in the garden because they could get to the tall fence, if they couldn't at least I would turn up to court wearing a suit and a tie.

I agree with the Cat. He should have been sent down just for turning up at court dressed like that.

Standard wear for the benefit classes, sadly.

They can have that trained out of them.
